Every person bears the image of God and therefore possesses God-given dignity, value, relational purpose, and a calling to reflect Christ in the world.
How the year moves
The theme is not one idea repeated for nine months. It runs through movements, each carried by a stretch of chapels, and each one setting up the next.

RESTORED
Christ heals what sin has distorted and reconciles us to God and one another.
Sin distorted God's image in us. Jesus restores what was broken.
If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.

The image we were made to bear steps into the world.
Jesus is the perfect image of God. Advent is when the likeness we were created to carry arrives in person.
The Son is the image of the invisible God.
