Rebekah is passionate about helping students see business not simply as a career path, but as an opportunity to reflect God’s heart in the world. She loves connecting with students and helping them discover that their work, relationships, and even the ordinary parts of life can be places where faith comes alive. In the School of Business at RCU, that connection often happens in the classroom, where Rebekah champions a theology of business. Outside the university, you might find her on a slip-and-slide or at a youth retreat, where she serves as a senior high crew leader at Rochester Christian Church. She also gets the occasional opportunity to preach in “big” church—something she considers both a privilege and a little terrifying. Rebekah has been married to Ben for nearly 25 years, and together they have five adopted children. Their family story has included plenty of pain and mess, but through it all, they have experienced the faithful protection and love of a God who holds all things together and works all things for good.
